About me and my practice

I know what it can be like to feel as if your head is full of all kinds of thoughts and ideas clamouring for your attention. I work with my clients to help them make sense of what is going on in their lives, and to help them find better ways of coping with whatever life has thrown their way. I am fully integrative in my approach and tailor my counselling to each individual ensuring that I find the best possible fit for each and every client.

Experience

I have almost 3000 hours of counselling under my belt and work in private practice as well as for a number of individual agencies. I work with individuals on a wide range of issues from depression and anxiety to workplace bullying, self-esteem, sexuality issues and many more.

Foundation Degree in Counselling from University of Ulster
